AI & Virtual Content Policy
Guidelines for creators and viewers of AI-generated content

Quick Summary
Silky Streams welcomes AI-generated and virtual content including anime-style characters, AI models, VTubers, and digital art. However, all content must depict consenting adults only and comply with our strict content guidelines.

1. Scope & Definitions
This policy applies to all AI-generated, computer-generated, and virtual content uploaded to or streamed on Silky Streams. This includes but is not limited to:
- AI Models: Photorealistic or stylized images/videos generated using AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
- Anime/Hentai Style: 2D animated or illustrated content in Japanese animation style
- VTubers: Virtual streamers using motion-captured or programmed avatars
- 3D Renders: Computer-generated 3D models and animations
- Deepfakes: AI-manipulated content depicting real individuals (subject to additional restrictions)
- Digital Art: Hand-drawn or digitally created illustrations
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination:
🚫 Minors & Child-Like Characters
- Any depiction of characters appearing under 18 years old
- Characters with child-like body proportions, faces, or features
- "Aged-up" versions of canonically minor characters
- School uniforms or settings implying underage characters
- "Loli" or "shota" style content regardless of stated age
🚫 Animals & Bestiality
- Sexual content involving animals in any form
- Human-animal hybrid characters in sexual contexts
- Anthropomorphic characters with predominantly animal features engaged in sexual acts
- Exception: Humanoid characters with minor animal traits (cat ears, tails) are permitted if clearly adult
🚫 Non-Consensual Scenarios
- Rape, sexual assault, or coerced sexual activity
- Drugging or incapacitating characters for sexual purposes
- Blackmail or extortion-based sexual content
- Exception: Consensual roleplay with clear disclaimers may be permitted
🚫 Deepfakes & Likeness of Real People (Zero Tolerance)
- Silky Streams does not permit, accept, host, generate, or distribute deepfakes of any kind — with or without claimed consent.
- Any AI-generated or synthetic content that depicts an image, face, voice, or strong likeness of an actual real person is strictly forbidden
- Celebrity, public figure, influencer, or private individual deepfakes — prohibited without exception
- Face-swaps, voice clones, body doubles, or "inspired by" likeness of any real person — prohibited
- Uploading reference photos of real people to AI tools to generate content is prohibited
- Violations are reported to card brand networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and may be referred to authorities
🚫 Additional Card Brand Prohibited Categories
Per Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CCBill requirements, the following are also prohibited in any AI or synthetic content:
- Incest scenarios (even between fictional characters)
- Watersports scenarios
- Violence, abduction, snuff or fantasy-snuff scenarios
- Bestiality or animal cruelty scenarios
- Sexual activity depicted under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis
- Prostitution or escorting scenarios
- Polygamy scenarios
- Instructions for illegal activity (e.g., weapons, plotting harm)
- Professional advice (medical, legal, gambling/handicapping, etc.)
- Hate speech
🚫 Extreme & Illegal Content
- Gore, mutilation, or extreme violence in sexual contexts
- Snuff or death-related sexual content
- Copyrighted material used without the rights-holder's permission
- Content promoting illegal activities
3. Creator Guidelines
Creators producing AI and virtual content must adhere to the following guidelines:
Character Design Standards
- All characters must have clearly adult body proportions
- Facial features should be mature and adult-appearing
- Avoid ambiguous ages—when in doubt, make characters obviously adult
- Include clear age statements in character descriptions (e.g., "Age: 25")
Consent Depiction
- All depicted scenarios should show enthusiastic consent
- Avoid power imbalances that imply coercion
- BDSM content must show clear negotiation/safewords or include disclaimers
Technical Requirements
- Content must be original or properly licensed
- Watermarks from AI tools should be retained when required by the tool's ToS
- Clearly label content as AI-generated using our tagging system
4. Age Verification for AI Characters
Since AI characters don't have real ages, we use visual standards to determine compliance:
Visual Age Assessment Criteria
✓ Acceptable (Adult Appearance)
- Mature facial structure
- Adult body proportions
- Height consistent with adults
- Developed physical features
✗ Not Acceptable (Child-Like)
- Large head-to-body ratio
- Childish facial features
- Pre-pubescent body type
- School-age settings/uniforms
Note: Stating a character is "18+" or "actually 1000 years old" does NOT override visual assessment. If a character looks underage, it will be removed regardless of stated age.
5. Content Labeling Requirements
All AI and virtual content must be properly labeled:
AI-Generated Tag
Required for all AI-created images and videos
Virtual/Animated Tag
Required for anime, 3D renders, and digital art
VTuber Tag
Required for virtual streamer content
6. Enforcement & Penalties
⚠️ First Violation (Minor)
Content removal + warning. Labeling issues, borderline content.
⚠️ Second Violation
Content removal + 7-day account suspension + mandatory policy review.
🚫 Severe Violation
Immediate permanent ban. CSAM, bestiality, or non-consensual deepfakes. May be reported to authorities.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this policy:
- Use the Report button on any content
- Select "AI Policy Violation" as the reason
- Provide specific details about the violation
- Our trust & safety team reviews reports within 24 hours

8. Appeals Process
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error:
- Go to Dashboard → Support → Appeals
- Submit an appeal within 30 days of the action
- Provide context and explain why the content complies with policy
- Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator within 5 business days
- Decisions on severe violations are final
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as AI technology evolves. Significant changes will be announced via:
- Email notification to all creators
- Dashboard announcement banner
- 30-day grace period for non-critical changes
10. Card Brand & Payment Processor Compliance (CCBill Addendum)
Silky Streams operates in compliance with the CCBill Adult AI Content Merchant Addendum and the requirements of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for adult and AI-generated content. The disclosures below are made publicly to satisfy those obligations and to make our position unambiguous to creators, viewers, and payment partners.
Deepfakes & Likeness — Absolute Prohibition
Silky Streams will not use, accept, host, generate, distribute, or process payment for deepfakes or any content that uses the image, face, voice, or strong likeness of a real person — regardless of whether consent is claimed. There is no opt-in, no whitelist, and no exception for public figures, celebrities, influencers, or private individuals. Any account caught producing, uploading, or attempting to generate such content is permanently terminated and reported.
1. How our AI produces content
AI features on Silky Streams are limited to fully synthetic, fictional adult personas generated by third-party text-to-image and text-to-video models. No real-person reference images, voice samples, or biometric inputs are accepted. All outputs are clearly tagged as AI-generated.
2. Controls against illegal or non-compliant output
- Prompt-level blocklist covering minors, deepfakes/likeness, non-consent, incest, bestiality, watersports, snuff, drugs/alcohol/hypnosis, prostitution, polygamy, hate speech, and illegal-activity instructions
- Automated image moderation on every upload and AI generation
- Human review queue for flagged content
- Hash-matching against known CSAM databases
- Real-time chat moderation on AI chatbot personas
3. Consent & proof-of-age records
For any non-AI content depicting a real person, models must submit a signed model release, government-issued ID confirming the subject is 18+, and a 2257-compliant record. Records are retained for the lifetime of the content plus 7 years and are available to CCBill within 5 business days of a written request. AI/synthetic content depicts only fictional adult characters and never a real person's likeness.

5. Position on deepfakes in our Terms
Our Terms of Service and this AI Content Policy expressly prohibit the creation, upload, or distribution of deepfakes or any use of a real person's likeness. We do not provide any carve-out, consent flow, or premium tier permitting such content.
6. AI-content labeling
All AI-generated images, videos, and chatbot personas are labeled with a visible "AI" tag and a disclosure that the persona is synthetic and not a real person, so consumers always know the content is not real.
7. Detecting user attempts to generate prohibited content
When a user attempts to prompt our AI systems toward minors, deepfakes, non-consent, bestiality, or other unlawful material, our system will:
- Block the prompt and refuse generation
- Log the attempt with timestamp, user ID, and prompt content
- Flag the account for human review
- Suspend the account on repeat or severe attempts; permanent termination for CSAM or deepfake attempts
- Retain records and report to NCMEC, IC3, or other competent authorities where required by law
