Terms and Conditions

3.1. Right to Account Deletion

Users and Members have the right to delete their account and request erasure of associated personal data at any time, free of charge. You may exercise this right by:

• Using the “Delete my account” action in account settings, or
• Emailing admin@orionglobal.io from your registered address.

Verified deletion requests are honored within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records, tax/transaction logs, fraud-prevention data) will be kept only for the minimum period required by law and then permanently erased. 3.2. Data Storage & Processing Consent

By creating an account and using the Platform, you expressly consent — as a binding term of this contract — to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Orion Global sp. z o.o., acting as the Data Controller, on the terms set out below and in our Privacy Policy (which forms an integral part of these Terms).

(a) Categories of data processed:

• Account data (username, email, password hash, country, age confirmation)
• Payment & transaction data (token purchases, payouts, billing identifiers — full card numbers are handled only by PCI-DSS-compliant processors)
• Communications data (chat messages, tips, support tickets)
• Media you upload (photos, videos, recorded streams)
• For Models: 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records and biometric / government ID-verification data
• Technical data (IP address, device, session logs, cookies — see Cookie Policy)

(b) Purposes & lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6 / UK-GDPR / CCPA-equivalent):

• Contract performance — operating your account, processing tokens, delivering streams and messages
• Legal obligation — age & ID verification, 2257 records, tax/AML records, lawful disclosure requests
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, platform security, abuse moderation, service improvement
• Consent — non-essential cookies, marketing communications, optional analytics (withdrawable at any time)

(c) Storage & international transfers:

Data is stored on EU/EEA-based cloud infrastructure operated by reputable processors (e.g., Supabase / AWS-equivalent regions). Some sub-processors (CDN, payment, anti-fraud, email delivery) may process data outside the EEA; in those cases, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

(d) Retention summary:

• Account data: until you delete your account, then erased within 30 days
• 2257 / age-verification records: minimum statutory period (typically 7 years after last performance)
• Tax & financial records: as required by Polish and EU law (typically 5 years)
• Chat & moderation logs: up to 24 months for safety/dispute purposes, then erased
• Fraud-prevention indicators: up to 36 months

You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out, or processing that continues on another lawful basis (e.g., contract or legal obligation). Full rights, contact details for the Data Controller, and complaint procedures (including the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish UODO or your local supervisory authority) are described in the Privacy Policy.
