18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance

Compliance Statement

All content appearing on Silky Streams is in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, which require that records be maintained of every performer depicted in sexually explicit content.

Age Verification

Silky Streams requires all content creators to:

• Provide valid government-issued photo identification proving they are at least 18 years of age
• Submit a photograph holding their identification for verification purposes
• Complete our digital verification process before being allowed to broadcast
• Maintain current and valid identification on file at all times

Records Custodian

User-Generated Content

Silky Streams is a platform that hosts user-generated content. All performers who create content on our platform are required to maintain their own records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Silky Streams acts as a secondary producer and maintains records of age verification for all content creators who use our platform.

Exemptions

Certain content on Silky Streams may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements, including:

• Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct
• Content that consists only of text or audio without visual depictions
• Content that falls under the lascivious exhibition exemption

However, Silky Streams still requires age verification for all content creators regardless of content type to ensure the safety of our community.

Record Inspection

Records are available for inspection during normal business hours by authorized representatives of the Attorney General. Inspection appointments should be requested in writing to the Custodian of Records at least 48 hours in advance.
