Content Provider Agreement

1.1 Silky Streams operates an online platform that allows adult Content Providers to broadcast live video streams, including erotic content, provided that such content does not include any Prohibited Content.

1.2 The platform enables real-time interaction between Content Providers and end users ("Users") via video, audio, and text-based communication.

1.3 All interactions on the platform are strictly limited to adults who have reached the age of legal majority in their respective jurisdictions.

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "Content" means any video, audio, visual, or textual material transmitted by the Content Provider through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Content" means any content that violates applicable local, European Union, or international laws, including but not limited to content involving minors, violence, terrorism, human trafficking, drugs, weapons, fraud, or extreme illegal sexual practices.
• "Session" means the period during which the Content Provider is actively broadcasting content via the Platform and which serves as the basis for calculating remuneration.

3.1 Silky Streams grants the Content Provider a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for the duration of this Agreement.

3.2 Silky Streams reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform at any time, at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide justification.

4.1 The Content Provider represents and warrants that they are a consenting adult with full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4.2 The Content Provider agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identification and payment information as requested by the Platform.

4.3 The Content Provider is solely responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and operating the equipment and software required to access the Platform.

4.4 The Content Provider acts as an independent contractor and independently determines the timing, duration, and nature of their broadcasts.

4.5 The Content Provider shall not:

• distribute Prohibited Content;
• impersonate any other person or entity, including representatives of Silky Streams;
• collect or solicit personal data from Users;
• contact Users outside of the Platform.

5.1 Compensation is calculated on a per-minute basis per Session in accordance with the rates displayed in the Content Provider's account dashboard.

5.2 Payments are made via bank transfer or other approved payout methods to the designated account.

5.3 Where the Content Provider operates through a Studio, all payments shall be made exclusively to the Studio.

5.4 No compensation shall be due for Sessions affected by fraudulent or reversed payment transactions initiated by Users.

The Content Provider is solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes, social contributions, and other statutory charges arising from compensation received under this Agreement.

7.1 The Content Provider grants Silky Streams an exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license, valid for ten (10) years, to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote the Content created through the Platform.

7.2 The Content Provider warrants that all Content is original or properly licensed and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

8.1 Silky Streams processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

8.2 Personal data and Content may be transferred to third parties or jurisdictions outside the European Union where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform operation.

9.2 The Content Provider bears full responsibility for the Content they create and transmit through the Platform.

10.1 This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

10.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause.

10.3 Upon termination, the Content Provider's account shall be suspended and access to the Platform revoked.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
