This Terms of Use agreement governs your use of Silky Streams as a viewer. By creating an account, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1. Welcome to Silky Streams ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Viewer," or "you") and Orion Global sp. z o.o., a spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Polish limited liability company), with its registered office at Józefa Elsnera 13, 92-217 Łódź, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001225019, NIP 7282908061 (the operator of the Silky Streams brand), governing your access to and use of our website, services, and content.
1.2. By creating an account, accessing our services, or using our Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Platform and close your account.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Age Verification & Compliance
⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use this Platform. No exceptions.
2.1. Age Declaration: By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
2.2. Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account termination.
2.3. Misrepresentation: Falsely representing your age is a serious violation that will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of any tokens or purchases
- Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law
- Potential civil and criminal liability
2.4. Parental Controls: If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for preventing minors from accessing this Platform. We recommend using parental control software and keeping login credentials secure.
3. Account Responsibilities
3.1. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
3.2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile information updated.
3.3. One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or exploit promotions is prohibited.
3.4. Account Sharing: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access with others or allow others to use your account.
3.5. Notification of Breach: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
4. Nature of the Service
4.1. Platform Description: Silky Streams provides an online platform that allows Users to:
- Interact with independent adult webcam models
- Participate in live chats, public streams, private shows, and VIP sessions
- Purchase virtual credits or tokens to access paid interactions
- Access performer media shops and exclusive content
4.2. Entertainment Only: All services provided are strictly for online entertainment purposes. Silky Streams is not a dating service, matchmaking platform, or escort service.
⚠️ STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Silky Streams does not provide escorting, dating, or real-life meetings. Any attempt to arrange offline contact through our Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4.3. Independent Performers: All performers on Silky Streams are independent contractors, not employees. They set their own schedules, content boundaries, and show pricing within Platform guidelines.
5. User Conduct Standards
5.1. Respectful Communication: You must treat all performers, staff, and other users with dignity and respect. Our Platform is a professional entertainment environment.
5.2. Prohibited Behavior: The following conduct is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action:
- Harassment: Sending unwanted, repeated, or threatening messages to performers
- Hate Speech: Using slurs, discriminatory language, or content targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Abuse: Verbal attacks, insults, intimidation, or any form of bullying
- Sexual Coercion: Pressuring performers to engage in activities they have declined
- Doxxing: Attempting to discover or share performers' personal information
- Impersonation: Pretending to be a performer, staff member, or another user
- Spam: Flooding chats with repetitive messages or promotional content
5.3. Performer Boundaries: Performers set their own boundaries. You must respect when a performer declines a request, regardless of payment offered.
5.4. Report Violations: If you witness conduct that violates these Terms, please report it immediately using our reporting system.
6. No Solicitation of Performers
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
6.1. Prohibited Solicitation: You are strictly prohibited from soliciting performers for any contact, services, or interactions outside of this Platform:
- Requesting personal contact information (email, phone, social media)
- Asking performers to meet in person or provide escort services
- Offering money for off-platform contact or services
- Sharing your personal contact information with intent to communicate outside the Platform
- Directing performers to other platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.)
6.2. Escort Services: Any discussion, promotion, or arrangement of real-life meetings, prostitution, or escort services is strictly forbidden, regardless of whether money is offered.
6.3. Rationale: This policy exists to protect performers from exploitation, harassment, and safety risks. All interactions must remain within our secure, monitored Platform environment.
6.4. Consequences: Violations of this section will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.
7. No Recording or Redistribution
7.1. Recording Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, screenshotting, or otherwise copying any content on this Platform, including:
- Live streams and performances
- Private and VIP show content
- Chat conversations
- Profile photos and media
- Purchased content from the media shop
7.2. Distribution Prohibition: Sharing, uploading, selling, or distributing any content from this Platform on any other website, platform, or medium is strictly forbidden.
7.3. Intellectual Property: All content on this Platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Performers retain ownership of their content, and you are granted only a limited, non-transferable license to view content for personal use.
7.4. DMCA & Legal Action: We actively monitor for unauthorized use of content. Violations will result in DMCA takedown notices and potential civil litigation for damages.
7.5. Reporting Piracy: If you discover Platform content being shared elsewhere, please report it to dmca@silkystreams.com.
8. Tokens, Payments & Refunds
8.1. Token System: Silky Streams utilizes a proprietary virtual currency system ("Tokens") as the sole medium of exchange for all paid interactions on the Platform. Tokens are purchased with legal tender through approved payment methods and represent prepaid access to digital entertainment services.
8.2. No Cash Value: Tokens have no monetary value outside of the Silky Streams Platform. Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to third parties, sold, exchanged, or converted to any other form of currency or value under any circumstances.
8.3. Token Usage: Tokens may be applied toward tips, private shows, VIP shows, spy shows, media purchases, interactive toy activations, and other Platform features. Once Tokens are spent or applied to any service, the transaction is final and irreversible. Spent Tokens cannot be recovered, restored, or credited back to your account.
⚠️ ABSOLUTE NO REFUND POLICY
By completing any purchase on Silky Streams, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all Token purchases are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-REVERSIBLE.
8.4. No Refunds - Digital Service Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that Tokens provide immediate access to digital entertainment services. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and confirm your understanding that you thereby waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
8.5. Refunds Not Available For: Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued for:
- Unused or remaining Token balances
- Dissatisfaction with performer content, conduct, or services
- Accidental purchases or mistaken transactions
- Changes of mind or buyer's remorse
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Inability to access services due to your equipment, internet connection, or regional restrictions
8.6. Limited Exception: Refunds may be considered solely at our absolute discretion in cases of verified technical failure directly attributable to our Platform that resulted in documented non-delivery of purchased Tokens. Such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction with supporting evidence.
🚨 CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
8.7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your financial institution, credit card company, or payment processor for any Transaction completed on Silky Streams. Initiating a chargeback or dispute constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
8.8. Consequences of Chargebacks: In the event that you initiate, or your financial institution initiates on your behalf, any chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a Transaction, Silky Streams reserves the right to:
- Immediately and permanently terminate your account without prior notice
- Forfeit all remaining Tokens in your account with no compensation
- Ban you from creating any future accounts on the Platform
- Pursue recovery of all fees, costs, and damages incurred, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses
- Report the matter to fraud prevention databases and credit reporting agencies
- Pursue civil litigation to recover the disputed amount plus damages
- Refer the matter to law enforcement if fraudulent activity is suspected
8.9. Transaction Records: Silky Streams maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, including purchase confirmations, Token usage logs, IP addresses, device identifiers, and service delivery timestamps. These records will be used to contest any fraudulent or illegitimate chargeback claims.
8.10. Debt Collection: In the event of a successful chargeback that we determine to be fraudulent or illegitimate, you agree that the disputed amount, plus all associated fees and costs, becomes immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels and third-party collection agencies.
8.11. Account Termination & Token Forfeiture: Upon termination of your account for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, all Tokens remaining in your account shall be immediately and irrevocably forfeited. No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind shall be provided for forfeited Tokens.
9. Enforcement & Consequences
9.1. Monitoring: We employ automated systems and human moderators to monitor Platform activity for violations of these Terms.
9.2. Graduated Response: Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:
- Warning message
- Temporary chat mute or restriction
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement
9.3. Immediate Termination: Certain violations warrant immediate, permanent termination without warning:
- Any indication of being under 18 years of age
- Solicitation of escort services or real-life meetings
- Sharing or recording Platform content
- Threats of violence or harm
- Distribution of illegal content
9.4. Ban Evasion: Creating new accounts after being banned will result in termination of all associated accounts without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Responsibility
10.1. Platform Role: Silky Streams acts solely as a technical platform connecting viewers with independent performers. We provide the infrastructure and tools for interactions but do not control or direct performer content.
10.2. Independent Performers: We are not responsible for the statements, behavior, or actions of independent performers or other Users. Performers are solely responsible for their own content and conduct.
10.3. User Risk: All interactions on the Platform are conducted at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, suitability, or satisfaction of any particular performance or interaction.
10.4. Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Maximum Extent: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silky Streams shall not be liable for:
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or service outages
- Loss of data, tokens, or account information
- Emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or disappointment with content
- Unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence
- Actions or content of third parties, including performers
11.2. Indirect Damages: In no event shall Silky Streams be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11.3. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silky Streams / Orion Global, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12. Privacy
12.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of Silky Streams is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12.2. Data Collection: We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide our services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations.
12.2a. Data Controller & Consent: The Data Controller for all personal data processed on the Platform is Orion Global sp. z o.o., with registered office at Józefa Elsnera 13, 92-217 Łódź, Poland (KRS 0001225019, NIP 7282908061). By accepting these Terms you expressly consent — as a binding contractual term — to the processing of your personal data on the bases and for the purposes set out below and in the Privacy Policy. 12.2b. Categories, Purposes & Lawful Bases: We process the following categories of data: account credentials, payment and token-transaction data, communications (chat, tips, support tickets), uploaded media, technical data (IP, device, cookies), and — for Models only — 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records and biometric/government ID-verification data. Lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6 / UK-GDPR / equivalent): contract performance (operating your account, processing tokens, delivering streams), legal obligation (age & ID verification, 2257 records, tax/AML, lawful disclosure), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform security, abuse moderation, service improvement), and consent (non-essential cookies, marketing, optional analytics — withdrawable at any time via cookie preferences).
12.2c. Storage, Transfers & Retention: Personal data is stored on EU/EEA-based cloud infrastructure operated by reputable processors. Some sub-processors (CDN, payment, anti-fraud, email delivery) may process data outside the EEA; in those cases we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Retention: account data is kept until you delete your account and then erased within 30 days; 2257 / age-verification records for the minimum statutory period (typically 7 years after last performance); tax and financial records for the period required by Polish and EU law (typically 5 years); chat and moderation logs for up to 24 months; fraud-prevention indicators for up to 36 months. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or your local data-protection authority.
12.3. Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
12.4. Right to Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your Silky Streams account and request erasure of your personal data at any time, at no cost. You can do this from Account Settings → Delete my account, or by emailing admin@orionglobal.io from your registered address. We verify the request, then permanently delete your profile, media, chat history, and consent records within 30 days.
12.5. Mandatory Retention Exceptions: Certain records must be retained even after deletion to comply with law — including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 age-verification records for Models, financial/tax records for completed transactions, and limited fraud-prevention data. These are kept only for the minimum statutory period and then erased. Deletion does not reverse completed token purchases or affect amounts already paid out.
12.6. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw cookie and marketing consent at any time via the Cookie preferences control without deleting your account.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
13.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
13.3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
13.4. Changes to Terms: Silky Streams may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
